I am Ms. Ronita Dmello, class teacher of grade 3 As a teacher and an educator, I embark on a journey each day that goes far beyond the transfer of knowledge and the achievements of academic benchmarks. My special interest is in teaching and to actively seek out professional development opportunities to enhance my teaching skills and stay up-to-date to make my lessons accessible and enjoyable for my students. My vision is to inspire and empower my students to become lifelong learners and equip them with knowledge, skills and values necessary for their success in ever changing world. My mission is to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued, supported, heard and motivated to achieve their full potential. I believe that being a teacher is more than just a profession, it is a call to make a positive impact on the lives of young individual. As I continue this journey as a teacher, I am dedicated to making a different and shaping the future generation.
