• Transaction Fee Responsibility: All transaction fees and convenience charges levied during online payment procedures shall be entirely borne by the cardholder/customer.
• Transaction Fee Policy: Transaction fee charges are strictly non-refundable and non-reversible under any circumstances, including refunds, reversals, chargebacks, cancellations, or any other reason.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Fees once paid to the school are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of any reason or any clause mentioned in these Terms & Conditions.

All requests for withdrawal of a student and cancellation of admission are subject to the following regulations:

• A full month's notice in writing must be submitted by the parent or legal guardian before withdrawing a pupil from the school.
• If no notice of withdrawal is given prior to the end of a academic term, full fees for all the months of absence will be charged.
• The school Leaving Certificate will be issued only after all outstanding school dues are cleared.
• The School administration reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student whose behavior or academic progress is persistently unsatisfactory.
